For Google Play reviewers and users: This privacy policy explains how the SayNote Android app and the website www.saynote.com.cn collect, use, share, retain and delete user data. It is aligned with the information we declare in Google Play's Data safety form. We do not sell personal data and we do not show personalized ads.

1. Who we are and scope of this policy

SayNote (“嘴皮子仓库”) is a voice-memo and life-organizing app. It provides features such as voice note taking with speech-to-text, photo OCR for receipts and documents, AI-assisted structuring of notes, inventory and item management, to-dos and schedules, a focus timer, and simple bookkeeping with reports.

The data controller is Shanghai Qianliting Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海千里停信息科技有限公司). This policy applies whenever you use the SayNote Android app, create or sign in to a SayNote account, or visit the website www.saynote.com.cn.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information that is necessary to provide the features you use. The table below summarizes each category.

Usage and diagnostic information	Time of sign-in, high-level feature usage, error logs, request IDs, device model, operating system version and app version. Device permissions	Microphone, camera and photo library access are used only when you actively record a voice memo, take or pick a photo for OCR. Permissions: we ask for the microphone, camera and photo library permissions only when you use the corresponding feature. You can deny or revoke these permissions any time in your device settings.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call history, or browsing history, and we do not run any advertising or third-party analytics SDK.

3. How we use your information

To provide, operate and improve the services you use;
To authenticate you and protect your account;
To transcribe your voice memos and recognize text in the photos you submit, and to apply AI parsing when you use it;
To sync your data across devices and to let you export or back up your own data;
To activate and manage subscriptions purchased on Google Play;
To send service and account-related notices (for example, password reset emails);
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
To respond to your support requests;
To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We will not use your personal information for purposes that are incompatible with those described in this policy without notifying you and, where required by law, obtaining your consent.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that are necessary to operate the app, under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security, and only to the extent needed for the specific function:

We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or ourselves.

5. Storage location and security

Storage location: our servers are hosted by Alibaba Cloud in mainland China (Shanghai region). If you access the app outside mainland China, your data is still stored on these servers. When you use Google Play Billing, payment information is handled by Google under Google's own privacy policy.

Security measures: we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

Encrypted transmission over HTTPS between the app and our servers;
Passwords stored only as salted, cryptographically hashed values; tokens are kept in the device's secure storage;
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate and support the service;
Regular review of access controls and server security.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

Your account and the content you create are kept for as long as your account is active.
Voice recordings, images, transcripts and other content remain stored so you can view, search, export or back them up. You can delete individual records, export or delete your data, or delete your account at any time.
Purchase and subscription records are kept as needed to manage your subscription and to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Diagnostic and error logs are retained only for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting, and are then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

Access: view the personal information we hold about you;
Correct: update your profile or correct inaccurate information;
Export (portability): export your own content through the app's export feature or request it from us;
Delete: delete individual records or your whole account. Deleting your account deletes (or logically disables) your account data;
Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you have given, for example by revoking device permissions or turning off a feature;
Object or restrict processing in the cases provided by law;
Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory or data protection authority.

How to delete your account and data:

In the app: open Settings → Account / Privacy, or contact us at the email below.
On the web: use our account deletion page at https://www.saynote.com.cn/account-deletion, which lets you request deletion using your registered email.

We will respond to your request within the time frame required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

8. Children's privacy

SayNote is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the higher minimum age established in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and notify you in the app where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

1. 引言与适用范围

SayNote（嘴皮子仓库）是一款语音记事与生活管理应用，提供语音速记（语音转文字）、拍照识别（小票/文档 OCR）、AI 结构化整理、物品与库存管理、待办与日程、专注计时、简单记账与报表等功能。

本隐私政策的控制方为上海千里停信息科技有限公司。当您使用 SayNote Android 应用、注册或登录 SayNote 账号，或访问 www.saynote.com.cn 网站时，本政策均适用。

2. 我们收集的信息

我们仅收集为您提供所需功能而必要的信息，汇总如下：

订阅与交易信息	通过 Google Play 购买 SayNote Pro 订阅时：商品标识、购买令牌（token）、订单号、购买时间及订阅状态/到期时间。	校验购买并开通、维护您的 Pro 订阅。支付卡号等支付信息由 Google Play 结算系统处理，我们不会接收或保存。	Google LLC（Google Play）。我们仅接收用于校验订阅权益的购买确认信息。
使用与诊断信息	登录时间、粗粒度的功能使用情况、错误日志、请求 ID、设备型号、操作系统版本与应用版本。	保障服务稳定与安全、排查问题、改进产品。不用于广告目的。	不与第三方共享。
设备权限	仅在您主动录制语音、拍摄或选取照片用于识别时，使用麦克风、相机与相册权限。	采集您需要录入的语音与图片内容。不会在后台录音或拍照。	您提交用于识别的内容将如上述由 AI 服务商处理。

权限说明：我们仅在您使用相应功能时申请麦克风、相机与相册权限，您可以随时在系统设置中拒绝或撤回这些权限。

我们不会收集精准位置、通讯录、短信、通话记录或浏览记录，也未接入任何广告 SDK 或第三方统计 SDK。

3. 我们如何使用信息

提供、运营并改进您所使用的服务；
验证您的身份并保护账号安全；
将您的语音转为文字、识别您提交图片中的文字，并在您使用时提供 AI 解析；
多端同步您的数据，并支持您导出或备份自有数据；
开通并管理您在 Google Play 购买的订阅；
发送与账号、服务相关的必要通知（例如密码重置邮件）；
检测并防范欺诈、滥用与安全事件；
响应您的客服请求；
遵守适用法律法规的要求。

如需将您的个人信息用于与本政策目的不兼容的其他用途，我们会另行告知您，并在法律要求时征得您的同意。

4. 信息的共享与第三方

我们不会出售、出租或交换您的个人信息。仅在运营应用所必需的情况下，在保密与安全义务约束下，向下列服务提供者共享必要范围内的数据：

飞书（Lark）邮件服务（或我方后续使用的其他邮件服务商）	发送密码重置、验证等账号相关邮件。	您的邮箱地址及邮件内容。

当法律、法规、司法程序或政府机关依法提出要求，或为保护用户、公众及我们自身的合法权益所必需时，我们也可能对外披露相关信息。

5. 信息的存储与安全

存储位置：我们的服务器由阿里云托管在中国大陆（上海地域）。即使您在中国大陆以外使用本应用，您的数据仍存储于上述服务器。使用 Google Play 结算时，支付信息由 Google 依据其自身隐私政策处理。

安全措施：我们采取合理的技术与组织措施保护您的数据，包括：

应用与服务器之间通过 HTTPS 加密传输；
密码仅以加盐哈希形式存储；令牌保存在设备安全存储中；
个人数据的访问权限仅授予运营与支持服务所必需的授权人员；
定期检查访问控制与服务器安全配置。

任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。我们将尽最大努力保护您的数据，但无法承诺绝对安全。

6. 信息保留期限

在您的账号存续期间，您的账号信息与创建的内容会被持续保存。
语音、图片、转写文本等内容将保留，以便您查看、搜索、导出或备份。您可以随时删除单条记录、导出或删除您的数据，或注销账号。
购买与订阅记录按管理订阅及适用法律的要求保存。
诊断与错误日志仅保留安全与故障排查所需的有限期限，到期后删除或匿名化。

7. 您的权利与选择

根据您所在地区适用的法律，您可能享有以下权利：

访问：查看我们持有的与您相关的个人信息；
更正：更新您的个人资料或修正不准确的信息；
导出（可携带）：通过应用内导出功能或向我们提出请求，导出您自己的内容；
删除：删除单条记录或注销整个账号。注销账号后，您的账号数据将被删除（或逻辑删除）；
撤回同意：撤回您已给予的同意，例如撤回设备权限或关闭某项功能；
反对或限制处理：在法律允许的情形下行使；
投诉：向有权监管或个人信息保护机构提出投诉。

如何删除账号与数据：

应用内：打开「设置 → 账号/隐私」，或通过下方邮箱联系我们。
网页端：使用我们的账号数据删除页面 https://www.saynote.com.cn/account-deletion，使用注册邮箱即可发起删除申请。

我们将在适用法律要求的时限内响应您的请求。处理前我们可能需要核验您的身份。

8. 未成年人隐私保护

本应用并非面向 13 周岁以下（或您所在国家规定的更高年龄）未成年人设计。我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。如您认为有未成年人向我们提供了个人信息，请与我们联系，我们将及时删除。

9. 政策更新

我们可能不时更新本政策。发生重大变更时，我们将在本页面发布新版本并更新生效日期，并在应用内适当通知您。变更生效后您继续使用本服务，即视为接受更新后的政策。
